Meet Dr. Cicoria

Dr. Cicoria is thrilled to be serving the Arlington community as a dedicated family medicine physician. With a passion for whole-person care, she believes in balancing lifestyle medicine and prevention with the thoughtful use of medications and chronic illness management to help her patients thrive.

Dr. Cicoria’s journey in medicine began with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY. She then earned her medical degree from Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lillington, NC, followed by residency training at East Pierce Family Medicine in Puyallup, WA. Her osteopathic background and deep appreciation for holistic wellness have shaped her patient-centered approach to care. She is board certified in family medicine through the ABFM.

Beyond medicine, Dr. Cicoria has been practicing yoga, meditation, and mindfulness for over a decade, incorporating these principles into both her personal life and her approach to patient well-being. She is also an avid outdoor enthusiast who loves skiing, road-tripping with her dogs, gardening, and raising chickens. A true homesteader at heart, she enjoys cultivating a lifestyle that fosters connection with nature and sustainability.

Dr. Cicoria looks forward to building relationships with her patients and empowering them to take charge of their health—body, mind, and spirit. Whether through preventive care, managing chronic conditions, or supporting healthy lifestyle choices, she is committed to providing compassionate, comprehensive care for individuals and families alike.
