• How is this different from traditional care?

  More personalized care, better communication, and improved outcomes. Longer visits (30-60 minutes) and better availability.

• Do you accept insurance?

  No, we do not accept insurance or Medicare/Medicaid. 

• Should I still have health insurance?

  Yes. We recommend insurance for hospitalizations, emergency visits, and specialist consults.

Membership & Payment

• Do I pay the fee even if I don't visit?

  Yes. Your membership provides access to texting, secure messaging, and educational resources anytime – whether you’re well or unwell.

• Could my company become a member?

  Absolutely. Businesses can save on healthcare costs while providing quality care to their employees by integrating DPC into their employee benefits. We work with a local benefits advisor to create the best options for you and your staff.

  Yes. Members can connect remotely for consultations and follow-ups.

• What ages do you treat?

  Ages 13+

• What if I need a specialist?

  If there is a problem that is beyond the scope of our practice, we will refer you to a specialist in an area that is convenient for you.
